Fantastic venue

Great place lovely staff
I frequent Awesone walls a lot as I’m a Sheffield local and if I’m not bouldering at the depot I’m on ropes here (if weathers not great) brilliant place, challenging routes, lovely staff and they’re introducing pizza! Awesome indeed.
What a place!!! About the tallest indoor wall I have been to, definitely the steepest roof around. Great spread of routes with over 100 roped lines covering it all, from beginner stuff to the hard 8s. Amazing training area with about every board ever and pretty decent bouldering too. Brilliant kids climbing party
My son chose Awesome Walls for his 9th birthday party because he wanted to do something 'adventurous' and he was definitely not let down! The instructors were brilliant and really encouraged the children. He made it to the top of every route, even the 17m wall, despite never having been any higher than a playground climbing wall before. Squint at the photo & you might just be able to see him. All staff were friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was calm but welcoming. You can even get a cup of tea for a good price too. Good time all round.

Lots to see and do...

One of the best centres in the country
I have been taking my performance squad to Awesome Walls for many years and it’s always a great experience. The walls are some of the highest in the country and are always challenging. There is always a welcome from the staff and the food and coffee from the cafe is great. I wish that I lived closer as it would be my first choice of Centre. Awesome! :)
