2023 First Aid Courses

Back for 2023, our awesome REC first aid course is a practical two-day course designed for people who work in the outdoors or who use the outdoors for fun. The course is suitable for Teachers, Outdoor Instructors, Climbers and Canoeists alike and is recognised as the minimum qualification for MLTUK, ML Summer and Winter Awards, Single Pitch Supervisors Award, and most other Governing Bodies.
